Classic Cakes: Our cakes which are avaliable all year round.Many contain fresh fruit and vegetables and are slowly baked, resulting in amazingly moist cakes that are not too sweet.

Seasonal Cakes: Our cakes which are not avaliable all year round.Many contain fresh fruit and vegetables and are slowly baked, resulting in amazingly moist cakes that are not too sweet.

Gluten Free Cakes: We are in the process of developing a range of gluten free cakes using local fresh ingredients.

Biscuit & Bars: Unique recipes and local ingredients culminate in a fantastic range of anytime treats.

Cup-Cakes:  A range of naturally flavoured and coloured individual cakes.

Pudding Cakes: A range of cakes using local ingredients that can be served hot or cold with cream or custard.

Christmas Cakes: A moist traditional fruit cake beautifully decorated.

Due to our belief in the importance of using only fresh local ingredients many of our  products are not available all year round.
