Christmas Cake Menu
Christmas cakes start with a rich moist fruit cake, containing local free range eggs, Leckford Estate flour and a tot or two of locally produced brandy.
The fruit cake is then coated in a generous layer of almond marzipan and fondant icing.
The cakes are then finished with royal icing, and decorated with hand made characters.
This year we are offering two sizes and four themes.
We will have the cakes on display at all the markets we are attending leading up to Christmas. We will be taking orders at these markets.
